"My role is to work in partnership with NHS Barnet to deliver Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Employment Targets and develop clear care pathways across mental health care and employment. The service will have a particular element targeting BMER communities and those impacted in higher deprivation environments working with emotional resilience and wellbeing services to encourage joined up provision. Part of my role will be to set up and facilitate a Joint Strategic Employment Partnership Agreement which sets out the requirements for other providers in the employment and well-being arena in Barnet to work in partnership to achieve the NHS Barnet aims and objectives associated with the Well Being Services."
